The Park was founded in 1954 and consists of the 300 acres on the tip of the Saint-Tropez peninsular surrounding the old Chateau Borelli. Considered the most prestigious in Saint-Tropez, there are now about 150 villas in these guarded grounds, with its own resident's only private beach. While the Park is one of the most secure estates in Saint-Tropez, the public does have the right of access to the sea path. All access points into the Park are guarded with infra-red sensors, the front gates are manned 24hrs a day and the security team patrol the Park at night with dogs.
